These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NovaCrest platform and services provided by NovaCrest Technologies Inc., a corporation registered in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree to use our platform solely for lawful purposes related to insurance operations and in compliance with all applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All subscription fees are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All software, content, branding, and materials provided by NovaCrest are the intellectual property of NovaCrest Technologies Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your internal business purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaCrest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. NovaCrest reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will have 90 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
